Job Title: TECHNOLOGY ALLIANCES

We are inviting applications for TECHNOLOGY ALLIANCES in the following leadership profile:

Experienced business leader; Manage and build collaboration with Government for establishing
product brand for Graphene through program of national relevance, CoE, Women in Tech diversity program, Collaboration with countries like UK, Germany, US, through business, science, and technology forums.
Lead and build business collaboration with industry, start-up, and academia to develop new
programs in identified Graphene business focus areas; relationship management with CII, FICCI,
and such Industry bodies to develop specific programs, where applicable.

JOB PROFILE

​

The role holder shall be responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders across ecosystem by establishing a network of partners and collaborators to help drive the business objectives and goals. The role would extend maintaining relationship with Government bodies, diplomats,
strategic business collaborators, academia, and diplomatic missions (embassies) to create
programs of national significance furthering Program Graphene Aurora mandate.


The business leader will leverage such collaborations for business growth and support the
projects and programs. Provide support on program proposal document, construct and negotiate with stakeholders, finalize the engagement model, secure grant sanction/approvals and help execute the final engagement documentation, closely working with the teams.

SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and build collaboration with Government for establishing the company’s brand through
program of national relevance (Graphene CoE, Women in Tech, Collaboration with UK, Germany, US Science and Technology forums)


Lead and build business collaboration with industry, start-ups, and academia to develop new
programs in identified Graphene Business focus areas (relationship with CII, FICCI, Industry
bodies to develop specific programs)


Work with start-up ecosystem and diplomatic missions, science and innovation networks,
innovation hubs to support developing programs and incubator/accelerator interventions

  • Support business, leverage innovative ideas, cross-learning opportunities, and push
    branding and communication.

  • Lead and support contractual documents for the business (like MOUs, business
    arrangement for incubation, collaborations with academia, industry and Government)

  • Establish and maintain connect with stakeholders to explore avenues for greater value
    proposition and build collaborations creating far-reaching brand image

  • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with key influencers and partner
    organizations

  • Develop avenues for business sponsorship opportunities

  • Contribute towards the long-term strategy building for the business, including annual
    business plan

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

​

Graduate or Degree or diploma in Engineering or equivalent or MBA/Equivalent to MBA

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

​

Experience in partnerships, business development, Government programs (both social and
business), start-up engagement, branding & communication, and exposure to innovation
