Job Title: HEAD – OPERATIONS AND CORPORATE GOVERNANCE

We are inviting applications for HEAD – OPERATIONS AND CORPORATE GOVERNANCE:

LEADERSHIP PROFILE:​

Director, Business Unit Head/PMO responsible for leading the planning, organizing, and integration of X-functional programs/ projects partnering with executives to ensure their delivery and operations through a lightweight, nimble PM framework.


Experience of at least 25+ years in leadership roles at various levels in Government and Industry. Should have hands on experience on project/program/operations management handling high-technology, consulting, and services.

SKILLS & SPECIALITY:​

Defining Skills:

  • Clients & Collaboration: Understanding client needs and converting into actual
    deliverables. Collaboration with client leadership and ability to align clients towards
    project schedule and deliverables. Clear definition of acceptance criteria from client side.

  • Projects & Team: Establish an agile Program Management Framework with well-defined
    roles, including marketing, sales, operations, Quality Control, Risk Management etc.
    Clearly defined objectives and success criteria

  • Result Oriented: Draw out detailed plans for stakeholder buy-in. Deliver the exceptional,
    not merely the expected.

  • Revenue, Cost and P&L: Ability to manage the overall P&L for the Delivery and
    Operations Programs

  • Compliance: Government Financial, Audit and other regulatory compliance

Specialities:

  • Leadership- Experience in Management and Operation of a company/ Business Unit

  • Ability to manage large Government/ Industry Projects.

  • Agile- Experience in Agile framework

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:​

  • Experience of handing PMO for large programs with Government and Private Industry.

  • Experience of having executed large programs with Central Government.

  • Experience of handling multi-client programs, at the apex level.

  • Responsible for overall Program Management, including top line and bottom line of the
    programs.

  • Experience of handling R&D and Product development programs, including initiating
    Startup ecosystem.

  • Proficient in handling multi-faceted operations – Client facing and customer facing.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:​

  • B. Tech & M. Tech from premier Institute or Equivalent

  • Master of Business Management or Equivalent
