Job Title: Manager – Delivery Management

We are inviting applications for Manager – Delivery Management:

DESCRIPTION:​

  • Entirely customer facing

  • Facilitate superior delivery services to the customer

  • Support processes are on track for the consistent delivery of a high level of client service in an effective and cost-efficient manner

  • Identify customer issues and needs by maintaining an excellent relationship with customer and stakeholders

  • Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand

  • Analyzing third-party as well as internal processes, and creating strategies for service delivery optimization

RESPONSIBILITIES:​

  • Manage the planning and delivery of large, complex projects including taking an active role leading process and procedure in the delivery of Projects.

  • Manage tasks in accordance with cost budgets.

  • Leads the identification of potential operational and delivery risks and the development and implementation mitigation strategies to ensure service level are maintained.

  • Contribute to the development of systems, processes, procedures and strategies and communicate the outcomes to ensure the adoption of new systems policies, processes and procedures across the Business unit.

  • Prepare briefings, submissions, presentations and develop business cases to support achievement of business objectives.

  • Provides routine and ad hoc reports on the operational performance of projects to highlight any trends, forecasts or risks that require management intervention and/or strategic solutions for further action.

  • Facilitates strong working relationships with key stakeholders to support collaboration, the exchange of information and issues management to build on existing relationships and influence outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS:​

  • Degrees: Mechanical, industrial Engineering, Metallurgical engineer

  • Must possess good communication and time management skills

  • 8 to 10 year experience in Delivery Management

  • Good knowledge of planning tools like MS Projects etc

  • Good general knowledge in several manufacturing domain
